King David was my hero because he knew how to really worship. He danced, he wrote songs and poetry to praise God. He was instrumental in the creation of Solomon’s temple, a place for God’s habitation and glory. On my blog I am attempting to learn to praise with the written word, to express the truths of God and tell stories that bring Him glory. I use a variety of forms; 1. Sonnets- which are made up of 14 lines consisting of three quatrains (three verses of 4 lines) and a couplet (2 lines).  I use either an ABAB or AABB rhyming sequence. 2. Regular poems may be formal, with traditional rhyming, or 3. Free form. The stories are narratives that also are intended to bring glory to God through testimony.

I would love to hear your comments!
